YouMoh ("the App", "we") is a photo editing application operated by Youssra Farissi, Settat, Morocco. This policy explains exactly what information is handled when you use the App, who receives it, and for how long it is kept.
When you request an edit, the photo you selected (and, for the "Together" feature, a second photo) together with your written instruction are sent securely (HTTPS) to our server and forwarded to a third-party artificial intelligence service provider (a major cloud AI provider based in the United States) that generates the result. Before your first edit, the App asks for your permission to do this.
YouMoh does not collect face data. The App does not perform facial recognition, does not detect, measure or map faces, and does not create, store or transmit facial geometry, face templates, embeddings or any other biometric identifier. A face that appears in a photo you choose is processed only as part of the image pixels needed to render the edit you asked for, in the same way as any other part of the photo. When you edit a result again, the App also sends the original photo you chose, as a visual reference so the result keeps the same appearance; this is the same photo, not extracted face data. We do not retain the photos or the results after the edit is produced, the provider processes them transiently as our service provider as described above, and no face data is created at any stage.
On your device, photos and results are kept in the App's memory and temporary cache while you work on them, and are removed when the App clears its cache or is deleted. A result is written to your photo library only when you tap Save.

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
You can say an edit out loud instead of typing it. Your speech is turned into text by your device's built-in speech recognition (Apple's, on iPhone). YouMoh receives only the resulting text, which is used exactly like a typed instruction and is not stored. Depending on your device settings, Apple may process the audio on its own servers under Apple's privacy policy. Voice input is optional and only listens while you hold the microphone button or hold a spot on the photo.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never receive or store your payment details. Subscription status is verified through Apple's systems by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, Inc., which receives your anonymous device identifier and purchase/renewal events (no name or payment details) and notifies our server so your plan can be activated.
We share data only with the providers described above (the AI processing provider, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions), solely to operate the service. We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not share it for advertising.
All transfers between the App, our server and our providers are encrypted with HTTPS. Our server stores only the anonymous data listed in section 2.
Because the App is anonymous, the only key to your data is the device identifier shown at the bottom of the App's Settings screen. To have your usage counts, subscription record and feedback deleted, email us that identifier at the address below; we delete within 30 days. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data on your device. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct your data; contact us to exercise them.
YouMoh is intended for adults. You must be 18 years or older to use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, and material changes will be indicated by the date above.
